A nice alternative to explore Chania by bicycle

Our trip starts as we head to the Crete’s most unspoilt mountain regions by a small minivan. Our bikes are on the trail until we arrive. At the starting point the bikes are unloaded and the ride begins. While you ride carefree downhill to the coastal areas through the lush vegetation landscape an experienced guide accompany you. The route includes minor asphalt roads and some well maintained agricultural routes with soft uphill passages. The service-van follows the group throughout the day carrying all the essentials, repair kit, tools, pumps, etc..

Itinerary

We start our downhill ride from the middle of the island through a bizarre landscape with picturesque gorges right down to the south coast. After our lunchtime break in the white village of Paleoxora and a rest on its sandy beach we are ready for the afternoon experience of unspoilt villages in Crete's most remote corner . Speedy downhill through the imposing Sasalos leads us back to the North coast
